SH-BITS AND SH-BLUNDERS
Sh-Boom Gossip and Gab
Sh-Boom and Marriott Hotels hosted the fifth annual Night of Miracles in March. This fundraiser has raised more than $125,000 over five years to benefit area children through the Children's Miracle Network of Greater St. Louis. Thanks again to the band and crew for donating their time, as well as a big thanks to Gil Engler, Executive Director of CMN, and all of the attendees who made this evening a success.
Bass vocalist, Bad Brad, and his lovely wife, Kathy, hosted the annual Christmas gathering for the band members in their home. Guitarist, Ben Jamin' kept his band-mates amused with impersonations, including Dustin Hoffman as "The Rain Man". Either that, or Ben really does buy his undies at K-Mart.
Smash, Smash, diggin' the Smash! KLOU's "Smash", and the Smash Band shared New Years Eve with Sh-Boom at the Renaissance Airport Hotel. Both bands played alternating music sets while keeping the guests gyrating to five hours of non-stop oldies and classic rock.
